JOB DESCRIPTION

- Position: Assessment Intern- Data Privacy

- Location: South Delhi

- Graduate/LLB (Lifesciences)

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Must have keen interest in data protection and privacy regulations applicable in India and outside India

- Conduct in-depth research on case studies pertaining to data protection laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 200, DPDP Act and GDPR

- Analyze judicial precedents, regulatory developments and global trends in data protection and privacy

- Drafting of insightful and well researched articles related to data protection laws, privacy frameworks and emerging AI trends in the industry practices.

- Assist in conducting data protection impact assessments to identify risks associated with data processing activities

- Assist in drafting and review of Privacy Policies and Notices for various organizations to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and best industry practices

- Conduct gap analysis of existing privacy policies and suggest improvements based on recent legal requirements.

- Assist in providing advisory support on matters related to GDPR, DPDP and other data protection laws
