We are expanding our team in Kochi and are looking for passionate, sales-driven travel professionals with experience in international holiday planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries for international holiday packages through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Understand customer preferences, travel style, budget, and expectations.
- Design customized international holiday itineraries for destinations across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Australia, Africa, and the Americas.
- Prepare detailed quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, cruise operators, visa agencies, and travel partners.
- Assist customers with visa requirements, travel insurance, foreign exchange guidance, and other travel documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination from booking confirmation until the completion of the tour.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile





- 2–5 years of experience in international holiday sales or tour consulting.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, visa processes, and travel documentation.
- Proven track record of converting travel enquiries into sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare customized itineraries and cost-effective quotations.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience working with international DMCs and global travel suppliers is preferred.
- Knowledge of GDS or international booking systems will be an added advantage.
