Job Opening: Showroom Manager – Building Materials, Interior Design Showroom

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations of our building materials showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for sales. Fluency in English is mandatory, as the role requires regular communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a professional shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting building materials and provide product information.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and maintain product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management on showroom performance.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in showroom management, retail management, or sales (experience in building materials, hardware, windows, tiles, or related industries is an advantage).
- Spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
