Facility Manager – Infrastructure (Key Responsibilities)
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all school infrastructure, buildings, and utilities.
- Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance staff, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and facility standards.
- Coordinate infrastructure repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
- Monitor facility budgets, AMCs, asset management, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
