The Indian Ethnic Co. (TIECO) is a contemporary fashion brand built on a deep love for India’s rich heritage of handcrafted textiles and artisanal craftsmanship. We work closely with traditional crafts from across the country, reimagining them through modern silhouettes and timeless designs that seamlessly blend heritage with contemporary living.

Co-founded by mother-daughter duo Hetal Desai, our Chief Creative Designer, and Lekhinee Desai, who leads the brand’s marketing and growth, TIECO was built with a vision to make authentic Indian craftsmanship relevant for the modern woman.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a seamless and personalized shopping experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.




- Actively contribute to meeting and exceeding daily sales goals.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation.
- Handle billing and support day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for retail.
- Interest in fashion and styling; knowledge of garment alterations is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail workplace.
- Basic understanding of billing systems and store operations is preferred.

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
