Worldschooling Hub Goa is looking for an energetic, experienced and confident Outdoor Learning & Adventure Lead to join our team in South Goa.

You will work across our children’s programme, Teen Hub, family activities and selected adult wellness sessions, supporting children and teenagers aged 3–18 to build confidence, practical skills and a deeper connection with nature.

Based at our 3-acre hub near Canacona, Palolem and Patnem, you will use the surrounding beaches, forests, rivers and natural environment to create meaningful outdoor learning experiences.

Responsibilities

- Plan and lead protected, engaging outdoor activities
- Deliver nature walks, hiking, trekking and camp skills
- Teach bushcraft, survival, navigation and expedition skills
- Lead flora and fauna identification and environmental activities
- Organise team challenges, leadership activities and outdoor games
- Support climbing, ropes, surfing, kayaking and paddleboarding activities
- Deliver beach safety and water-awareness sessions
- Lead team sports, functional fitness and strength and conditioning
- Support teen confidence, leadership and physical development
- Assist with family adventure days and weekly excursions




- Contribute to adult gym, mobility and outdoor fitness sessions
- Complete risk assessments and maintain high safeguarding standards
- Care for equipment and work closely with the wider Hub team

The ideal candidate

You will be warm, encouraging and dependable, with the confidence to lead groups of children, teenagers and adults. You should be physically active, creative, safety-conscious and comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.

Relevant experience may include outdoor education, adventure activities, forest school, bushcraft, scouting, youth work, sports coaching, physical education, expedition leadership, environmental education, gym instruction or fitness coaching.

First-aid trained candidates are preferred, or you must be willing to complete training.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
