Job Summary

The Hostel Warden is responsible for the overall management, safety, discipline, and well-being of students residing in the hostel. The role involves ensuring a secure, hygienic, and supportive living workplace while maintaining hostel rules and coordinating with school administration, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security, and welfare of all hostel residents.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations.
- Monitor students' attendance, daily routine, study hours, and overall conduct.
- Address students' concerns and provide guidance and emotional support when required.
- Coordinate with parents regarding students' well-being and any disciplinary or health-related issues.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.




- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and security staff for smooth hostel operations.
- Maintain hostel records, including occupancy, attendance, visitor logs, leave records, and incident reports.
- Handle emergencies promptly and coordinate with medical authorities or school administration when necessary.
- Organize recreational, cultural, and wellness activities for hostel students.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Prior experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Supervisor, or in hostel/boarding school administration is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.

Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in hostel management or student residential services.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
