- Manage day-to-day activities of the project(s)
- Ensure process improvements, supports continuous improvement of teams and makes the project organization effective and transparent.
- Ensure that the deliverables set for other project staffs are met.
- Ensure the internal stakeholders have the right level of visibility on project progress.
- Gather and integrate project(s) performance and progress information.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring projects adhere to KPI’s and desired frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Ensure that the project related critical feedbacks received from the client CSR Team towards project improvement are addressed.
- Ensure proper facilitation of the third-party assessment agencies during centre visit.
Networking and Partnering
- Maps and identifies potential partners (community-based groups, civil society organizations and local bodies) for project(s) partnership.
- Connect with the identified partners for project mobilization.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Set the plan for weekly, monthly & yearly monitoring.
- Ensure that the project(s) monitoring and evaluation is achieved as per the set plan.
Reporting
- Report all project(s) activities on daily basis to the project team.
Qualification & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Social Work/Science/ Business Administration or related degree
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience of which at least 2 years of experience in project management, monitoring & evaluation and report writing on vocational skill training project.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks, and deliver on time
