Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong functional expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM). The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, user training, and production support across SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead requirement gathering and business process discussions with stakeholders.

· Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors LMS and PMGM modules based on business requirements.

· Prepare Functional Specifications, Configuration Workbooks, Business Process Documents (BBP), User Manuals, and Test Scripts.

· Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support Go-Live activities.

· Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP standard best practices.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Employee Central, Integration, CPI,



and Technical Consultants.

· Provide post-Go-Live Hypercare and production support.

· Conduct end-user training sessions and client demonstrations.

· Support issue analysis, root cause identification, and incident resolution.

Mandatory Skills

· 3–4 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation/support experience.

· Strong functional expertise in:

o SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

o SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)

· Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

· Strong understanding of SuccessFactors business processes and configuration.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· 16 years of formal education (Mandatory).

Preferred Skills

· SAP SuccessFactors certification in LMS and/or PMGM.

· Experience working with global clients.

· Knowledge of Employee Central integration with LMS and PMGM.

· Experience in preparing project documentation and conducting client workshops.

· Valid US Visa (Preferred).

Notice Period

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
