Key responsibilities include scheduling, training, enforcing compliance with health protocols, and addressing patient care issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

- Leadership & Staffing: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, including hiring and training.
- Operational Management: Assign staff to shifts, manage patient care areas, and ensure optimal patient flow.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce hospital policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor patient care for quality and efficiency, including regular unit rounds and handling patient complaints.




- Resource Management: Manage equipment, supplies, and budget constraints.

Key Requirements

- Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Proven experience as a nurse, often 2+ years, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is frequently required.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹20,507.08 - ₹29,034.20 per month
