Job Summary

We are seeking a technically proficient and highly motivated Senior Purchase Executive to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of critical high-precision components used in the manufacturing of CNC machines. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining supply chain stability, optimizing costs, and ensuring that every component—from machine beds to ball screws—meets our rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and evaluate domestic and international vendors for critical CNC parts, including ball screws, housing, high-precision bearings, brackets, and machine beds (castings/fabrications).
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable credit terms, and strictly defined delivery schedules.
- Technical Liaison: Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Design departments to understand technical drawings, tolerances,



and material specifications for specialized components.
- Vendor Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers; conduct periodic vendor audits and performance evaluations.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels via ERP systems to prevent production bottlenecks while implementing cost-saving strategies through bulk purchasing and annual rate contracts.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage the movement of heavy machinery components, ensuring safe transit and timely arrival to support the assembly timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Highly Preferred). A Diploma in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of CNC machine architecture. You must be able to read engineering drawings.
