The BIM Trainer educates professionals on Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and methodologies. They create and deliver engaging training programs, ensuring participants gain practical skills. The role requires keeping up-to-date with the latest BIM tools and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and Delivering Training: Creating and conducting engaging courses, workshops, and tutorials on BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and workflows.
- Support the creation of training materials, including presentations, practice exercises, tests, and study guides
- Help trainees understand basic electrical concepts and how they are applied in BIM models
- Provide guidance and basic troubleshooting support during hands-on training sessions
- Review existing training content and assist in updating materials as per latest software versions
- Stay updated with recent BIM tools, electrical design practices, and industry trends
- Coordinate with senior trainers, project teams, and design engineers to understand real project requirements
- Collect trainee feedback and assist in evaluating training effectiveness
- Maintain training documentation and ensure proper learning records
Skills Required
