- Product Placement & Display: Create visually appealing product displays, implement planograms, and maximize brand visibility at eye-level.
- Stock Rotation & Quality Control: Execute First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices, ensuring older or soon-to-expire stock is moved to the front and removing damaged items from the sales floor.
- Promotional Execution: Set up Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials, ensure pricing accuracy, and build displays for seasonal campaigns and discounts.
