WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and configure CSM modules (cases, SLAs, portals, escalation paths);
- Build rich Service Portals with custom logic and dashboards;
- Integrate external CRMs and backend systems;
- Lead documentation, testing, and training for deployments;
- Collaborate with technical teams and business owners.
MUST HAVES

4+ years ServiceNow

2+ in CSM implementations;
- Strong in scripting,
Flow Designer,

Virtual Agent

- Frontend customization and
