Responsibilities:-
v
Marketing
activities- Exhibitions, road shows, demo, advertisements in magazines, bill
board, communication, media planning & designing, internal communication
web marketing etc.
v
Keep
track of all MH related exhibitions in the country and maing a proposal to
the management based on affectivity criteria.
v
Website
management
v
CRM
software management.
v
Market
analysis on monthly basis (Share market on WITS basis, analysis of order
booking by product type, industry segment type).
v
Keep
a track of industrial trends, competitor activities & other developments
in MHE industry and keep the regional managers informed.
v
Competitor
Data analysis and pay close attention to effectiveness of each marketing




activity by frequent communication with sales team.
v
Order
loss/ Win analysis.
v
Reports
and MIS.
v
Managing
and designing Incentive schemes for sales & its implementation.
v
Monitoring & visualizing
the territory coverage by Sales team.
v
When YTD sales/order unit's
results are behind the target then plan and implement campaigns to recover
delays with PDCA approach.
Secondary
Responsibilities:-

capital good marketing preferred
