Job DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished Principal Frontend Engineer with 8-12 years of experience to lead the development of frontend applications at SarvaGram. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in architecting and building robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications using React and AWS technologies, contributing to the enhancement of financial services for rural households.
Responsibilities:
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8-12 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a focus on building scalable applications using React.
Expertise in AWS services for frontend development, including but not limited to S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and API Gateway.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

: Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and effective code, and enforcing best practices within the team.
Leadership Skills
: Demonstrated leadership in guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
Effective Communication
: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
