Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
Sitecore Backend Lead Developer
to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade websites and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in
Sitecore 9.x/10.x
, strong backend expertise, and the ability to guide teams in delivering robust, scalable, and high-performing Sitecore solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
architecture and development
of Sitecore-based applications (versions 9.x/10.x).
Customize and extend
Sitecore components, templates, pipelines, and workflows
.
Integrate Sitecore with third-party platforms such as
CRM, DAM, and analytics tools
.
Ensure
performance optimization
, caching, scalability, and security best practices.




Set up and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
and automate deployments.
Collaborate closely with
business analysts, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and architects
to align solutions with business objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring code quality.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Stay up to date with the latest
Sitecore and .NET ecosystem
trends and practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven expertise in
Sitecore CMS
(preferably versions 9.x and 10.x).
Strong hands-on experience in
ASP.NET MVC, C#, and .NET Core
.
Expertise with
Helix architecture
and
Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA)
.
Knowledge of
Sitecore Commerce, xConnect, personalization, and marketing automation
.
Good understanding of front-end technologies (
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
; knowledge of React/Angular is a plus).
Exposure to
Azure PaaS, DevOps practices, and containerization tools
(Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
.
Sitecore Developer Certification
(preferred but not mandatory).
