We are seeking an experienced
EPM Lead
specializing in
Tax Reporting Cloud Services (TRCS)
to drive the design, development, and integration of tax reporting applications. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional technical experts to implement solutions within the
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
system. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership for new initiatives, define scope and effort, anchor Proof of Concepts, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
design architect/lead
for Tax Reporting Cloud application development.
Act as the primary
application design point of contact
for Tax Reporting teams.
Deliver solutions for existing architectural challenges and optimize current systems.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Provide solution architecture for business problems, platform integrations,



and advanced feature development.
Additional Requirements
7+ years of EPM experience
with robust background in Hyperion EPM product suite.
Proven expertise in
implementation and application development
for Hyperion-based systems.
Strong experience in
requirement gathering, solution design, and architectural planning
.
In-depth knowledge of
tax reporting, compliance processes, tax accounting, direct tax functions, CBCR, and deferred tax calculations
.
Solid understanding of
Hyperion Consolidation
and functional accounting knowledge (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, consolidation methods, and financial statement disclosures).
Proficiency in
Business Rules, Forms, Task Lists, and Reports
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
