Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver and facilitate engaging and effective sessions on data science concepts and tools, including hands-on practicum classes.
Provide academic support and mentorship to learners to ensure consistent engagement and high performance.
Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams for batch scheduling, course planning, and resource alignment.
Liaise with academic leadership to facilitate guest lectures and events with industry professionals.
Oversee content and updates related to academic programs on institutional websites and social media platforms.
Generate timely academic and operational reports for internal review and leadership use.
Offer administrative support for academic events, including hackathons, learning showcases, and project presentations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of data science concepts and proficiency in tools and programming languages such as
Python, R, and SQL
.
Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks like
TensorFlow, PyTorch
, and
scikit-learn
.




Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
Ability to deliver engaging lessons in both online and hybrid learning environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, faculty, and external professionals.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage academic and operational responsibilities simultaneously.
Experience in
event coordination
and
project management
is an advantage.
Analytical mindset with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
