Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled
ServiceNow Developer – HRSD
to take ownership of
HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations
on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design technical solutions, deliver independently, and eventually take on team leadership responsibilities. This role also involves providing mentorship, ensuring high-quality delivery, and maintaining strong cross-team communication.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable technical solutions.
Develop, configure, and customize
HRSD applications, workflows, and integrations
.
Deliver high-quality, testable solutions within project timelines.
Provide
technical mentorship and guidance
to junior team members.
Act as a
Tech Lead
when required,



ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 to 12 years of ServiceNow experience
, with solid expertise in
HRSD modules
.
Hands-on experience in
ServiceNow HRSD configurations, workflows, and portals
.
Strong
stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
.
Proven experience in
mentorship or leading technical teams
.
Knowledge of
ServiceNow best practices
and design principles.
ServiceNow HRSD certification(s)
desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior
Tech Lead
experience in HRSD implementations.
Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM) is a plus.
Experience working in
Agile / Scrum environments
