Key Responsibilities:
Collect and organize patient data from multiple sources
Track imaging studies and ensure all required information (demographics, modality, physician inputs) is complete.
Ensure accurate documentation of study times, modality types, scan details, and referring physician data.
Monitor and manage the transfer of DICOM images, reports, and patient records between imaging centers, hospitals, and teleradiology platforms.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and local data protection regulations.
Maintain audit trails for all data collected and transferred.
Collaborate with QA teams to validate data accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in science (preferably with Biology specialization).
Experience: Minimum 3 years; prior experience as a Medical Editor or Medical Transcriptionist is a bonus.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with digital tools and data entry systems.
Sense of responsibility, strict adherence to timelines and ability to work independently with accuracy.
