We are seeking an accomplished and visionary
Director / Associate Director / Senior Engineer
with
15+ years of experience
in healthcare technology and operations, with deep expertise across
payer, provider, and delivery ecosystems
. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leading large-scale healthcare technology initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that bridge gaps between payers, providers, and care delivery systems. This leadership role requires strong technical depth, business acumen, and domain expertise to drive impactful transformation in healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute strategic initiatives focused on payer, provider, and healthcare delivery transformation.
Provide thought leadership on emerging healthcare technologies, regulations, and interoperability frameworks.
Partner with C-level stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to design long-term business and technology roadmaps.
Healthcare Domain Expertise
Deep understanding of payer systems (claims, eligibility, adjudication, enrollment, billing).
Expertise in provider workflows including EHR/EMR, care coordination, and revenue cycle management.
Strong experience in healthcare delivery models, digital health platforms, and patient engagement solutions.
Technology & Engineering Oversight
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable healthcare platforms leveraging modern technologies.
Guide teams in building
interoperability solutions (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA-compliant systems)
to ensure seamless data exchange.




Oversee integration of payer and provider systems to optimize care delivery and improve patient outcomes.
Operational Excellence
Drive efficiency through automation, process optimization, and advanced analytics across healthcare workflows.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, and other healthcare standards.
Monitor KPIs, delivery metrics, and client satisfaction scores to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and coach senior engineers, architects, and delivery managers to build domain depth and leadership capability.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across teams.
Build high-performing, cross-functional teams aligned with strategic healthcare initiatives.
Client & Market Engagement
Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare clients, payers, and providers.
Collaborate with business development teams to identify growth opportunities in payer-provider-delivery markets.
Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and roundtables to showcase domain leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
: 15+ years in healthcare technology/consulting, with significant focus on
payer, provider, and delivery models
.
Strong knowledge of
payer operations, provider workflows, and healthcare delivery ecosystems
.
Hands-on exposure to interoperability standards (
FHIR, HL7, CCD, CDA, HIPAA regulations
).
Proven experience in leading
large-scale healthcare product/platform development and delivery
.
Strong technical foundation with experience in up-to-date architectures (cloud, APIs, microservices, AI/ML in healthcare).
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
Track record of
scaling teams, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business outcomes
