Key Responsibilities:
Implement BERT-based NER for document processing
PDF ingestion and layout analysis
Human-in-the-loop workflow development




Data pipeline optimization
Model training and deployment
Integration with document processing service
Technical Skills:
ML/NLP: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
Cloud ML: AWS SageMaker, Lambda
Data Processing: Pandas, NumPy, Apache Spark
Document Processing: PyPDF2, pdfplumber, Tesseract
APIs: FastAPI, Flask
Databases: MongoDB, S3
Must-Have:
Experience with Named Entity Recognition
Production ML deployment experience
Positive to have:
Understanding of healthcare data formats
Healthcare document processing knowledge
