We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Windchill Consultant
with proven expertise in
Windchill PLM implementation and consulting
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, driving system enhancements, and providing strategic technical support to our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to design and implement PLM solutions that optimize business processes and deliver measurable value.
This role is suited for a professional with strong
Windchill PLM skills
and exposure to other leading PLM platforms, including
Siemens Teamcenter, ARAS PLM, Dassault Systèmes products, and Oracle Agile PLM
. Experience in
business process design, estimation, solution mapping, and new-age technologies like AR/VR/MR
will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation
Lead
Windchill PLM implementation, configuration, and customization
for enterprise clients.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within Windchill.
Support
system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects
with other enterprise applications (ERP, CAD, etc.).
Consulting & Client Engagement
Work closely with stakeholders to
analyze business processes and recommend PLM best practices
.
Provide
consulting support
on PLM strategy, roadmap planning, and solution adoption.
Assist clients with
estimation, feasibility studies, and solution mapping
for new initiatives.
Technical Expertise & Support
Configure
Windchill modules
(PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Management, Document Management, etc.).
Troubleshoot issues,



resolve defects, and ensure system stability.
Integrate Windchill with other PLM platforms such as
Siemens Teamcenter, ARAS PLM, Dassault Systèmes, and Oracle Agile PLM
.
Innovation & Process Optimization
Leverage new-age technologies like
AR, VR, and MR
to enhance PLM solutions and user experiences.
Drive
business process automation
and workflow improvements using PLM platforms.
Contribute to
solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable components
for PLM deployments.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and IT.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on PLM best practices.
Create
technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing sessions
.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
5+ years of hands-on experience
as a PLM Consultant, with robust emphasis on
PTC Windchill (mandatory)
.
Experience with other PLM platforms such as:
Siemens Teamcenter
ARAS PLM
Dassault Systèmes PLM products
Oracle Agile PLM
Strong knowledge of
business process design, solution mapping, and estimation
.
Hands-on expertise in
system integration, customization, and workflow design
.
Exposure to
IoT-driven PLM solutions, AR/VR/MR technologies
, and digital twin concepts is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication skills to work with global clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
.
Proven track record of
successful Windchill PLM implementations and consulting engagements
.
Familiarity with
Agile methodologies
and enterprise software deployment practices.
