We are looking for a motivated and analytical Paid Media Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms for diverse clients. This role involves end-to-end campaign ownership—from planning and execution to optimization and performance analysis. You will work on driving measurable results through data-driven decisions and continuous experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to meet key KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.).
Leverage Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness.




Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and contribute to strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign goals with broader marketing strategies.
Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Must-Have Skills:

Ideal Candidate:
You should have a solid understanding of paid marketing platforms, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage campaigns across multiple clients. Experience in an agency or multi-client setting is a plus.
