We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM solutions to help organizations streamline financial processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective EPM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration:
Lead or support the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EPM solutions, including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Consolidation modules.
Customize applications, business rules, and calculation scripts to meet organizational needs.
Solution Development:
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable financial insights.
Automate manual financial processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure system configurations align with finance and business requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Partner with business users to optimize budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
System Support & Optimization:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in Oracle EPM applications.
Perform upgrades, patches,



and enhancements to maintain system stability and performance.
Ensure compliance with data governance, controls, and security standards.
Documentation & Training:
Prepare system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to promote adoption of EPM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with
Oracle EPM Cloud
(Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Consolidation & Close, Enterprise Data Management).
Knowledge of
Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
is a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience in creating data integrations between EPM and ERP/other systems.
Strong understanding of
business rules, calculation scripts, forms, metadata, and security setup
.
Proficiency in Smart View, Reporting tools, and data analysis.
Business & Functional Knowledge:
Solid understanding of
financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting
processes.
Ability to translate finance requirements into technical solutions.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Experience:
4–7 years of proven experience in Oracle EPM implementation and support.
Prior involvement in at least one end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementation preferred.
