6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups, e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces
A deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics
Strategic finance chops — you're not just operational; you think big and long-term
Experience building financial systems and models from scratch
Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams
You thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without losing accuracy
