As the company scales rapidly from $1M to $10M in ARR, this role is focused on
safeguarding a growing treasury
and building strong financial systems from the ground up. As one of the early hires in the finance function, you'll be responsible for
managing day-to-day financial operations
, with a strong focus on
accounts receivables, collections, and reconciliation
. You'll work closely with the leadership team to ensure financial discipline and support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and issue
invoices
for subscriptions and services.
Track
outstanding payments
and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely collections.
Investigate and
resolve billing queries or discrepancies
with clients and internal teams.
Maintain
accurate financial records
, updating customer accounts and reconciling payments.
Prepare and share
regular AR reports
, flagging overdue accounts and potential risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline
billing and collection processes
.
