Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our UX Head, Product Managers, and engineers to conceptualize and execute seamless UI designs across various platforms including mobile apps, web apps, and websites.
Design delightful UI elements like icons, illustrations, and animations that elevate the user experience.
Create component, widget & template-based designs which can be easily reused.
Bridge the gap between design and development by translating designs into detailed UI specifications and providing assets.
Develop creative strategies to boost user engagement and retention through design.
Conduct A/B testing, analyse results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the UI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience in UI Design and a master of responsive design, ensuring flawless experiences across desktop and cloud-based applications.
Expertise in Interaction Design, UI Design, Motion Design, and Visual Design.
A proven track record of creating design systems and establishing visual languages for products from scratch.
Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and After Effects
Experience with 3D software like Blender (a plus!).
Adaptable and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup setting. You can balance the need for high-quality design with the speed required for rapid iteration.
