About the Role
As a
Full Stack Developer
at Richpanel, you'll play a critical role in building and optimizing applications that power customer support for thousands of brands. You'll balance

You Will Be a Great Fit If You ...
Have 3+ years of full-stack development experience:
Proven expertise with
Vue.js
(or similar frameworks like React.js) on the frontend, coupled with proficiency in
Node.js
and
TypeScript
for backend development.

Key Responsibilities
Ship features fast, but smartly

1-2 major features/improvements per month

Fix issues quickly
– Identify, debug, and resolve
bugs and performance bottlenecks
across the stack before they impact users.
Write clean, modular code
– Ensure code is
readable, maintainable, and scalable

Maintain high code quality
– Write and enforce
unit and integration tests (~90%+ coverage)
to catch issues early and prevent regressions.
Manage data efficiently
– Design and optimize
MongoDB and SQL schemas
