About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, proactive
Talent Hunter
to join us . You'll own the end-to-end hiring cycle - from identifying top talent to closing offers - across both tech and non-tech roles. At Seekho, speed and quality of hires are everything, and this role is all about bringing in the best people to fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Hunt and attract top talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and headhunting networks.
Understand, prioritize, and align on hiring needs; proactively coordinate with hiring managers.
Define what "great talent" looks like for each role in collaboration with stakeholders.
Assess candidates rigorously for skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Own the full recruitment cycle - from outreach and interviews to negotiations and onboarding.
Deliver a fast, engaging, and seamless candidate experience.




Consistently close critical roles within aggressive timelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, etc
Manage and update the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
, ensuring candidates are moved through proper stages.
3–5 years of recruitment experience (agency, headhunting, or VC talent partner preferred).
Strong sourcing skills and a sharp eye for great talent.
Proven ability to close roles quickly while maintaining quality.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Organized, self-driven, and thrives in fast-scaling environments.
