Tech Lead – I

5+ years of experience
to design, scale, and maintain backend services for enterprise applications.
You should be solid in
NodeJS/NestJS
,
cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
, and
databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
, with a passion for building
secure, scalable systems
.
You'll collaborate with
UI, DevOps, QA, client, and compliance teams
to deliver a
robust and secure platform
for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services with
NodeJS (NestJS)
.
Work with
MySQL/Prisma ORM
for efficient schema design and optimized queries.
Manage and optimize
cloud infrastructure (AWS; Azure/GCP a plus)
for reliability and cost efficiency.
Implement
secure encryption/decryption (AES256, AWS KMS)
for services, files, payloads, and databases.
Partner with
DevOps
to streamline deployments via
Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
.
Develop and document APIs with
Swagger/JSDoc
and support client integrations.
Ensure
PCI DSS and security compliance
through audits and secure coding practices.
Collaborate with
client engineering, DevOps, QA, compliance,



and security teams
.
Contribute to
knowledge transfer, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers
.
Drive
technical best practices and leadership
within the engineering team.
Requirements
Requirements
5+ years
in backend development with
NodeJS/TypeScript
.
Strong expertise in
AWS
(Azure/GCP nice to have).
Solid background in
MySQL
and ORM frameworks (
Prisma preferred
).
Proven experience with
REST APIs
,
Swagger
, and API lifecycle management.
Hands-on with
Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments
.
Strong
debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills
.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
.
Good to Have (Training/Exposure Provided)
Experience with
NextJS / Expo
or frontend-backend integration.
Exposure to
multi-tenant cloud environments (AWS)
.
Familiarity with
confidential computing frameworks
(e.g., Anjuna).
Experience with
compliance-driven financial projects
.
Knowledge of
encryption/decryption strategies and secure key management
.
