About the Role:
We are looking for a talented
3D Animator
with
3-4 years of experience
, ideally in
mobile game development
(experience with other platforms is also welcome). The ideal candidate should have a robust grasp of
animation principles
and
rigging
to bring characters and objects to life. Experience in
stylized animation
is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality
3D animations
for characters, props, and environments, ensuring smooth and expressive movement.
Rig and skin
characters and assets for animation, ensuring proper deformation and functionality.
Work closely with
game designers, artists, and developers
to align animations with gameplay mechanics and artistic vision.
Implement and optimize animations within the game engine (
Unity
).
Ensure animations meet
technical and performance constraints
for mobile and other platforms.
Iterate on animations and rigs based on feedback from leads and team members.




Maintain consistency in animation style and adhere to the projects creative direction.
Requirements:
3-4 years
of experience as a
3D Animator
in game development.
Strong understanding of
animation principles
, body mechanics, and timing.
Proficiency in
Blender or equivalent 3D animation and rigging software
.
Hands-on experience with
rigging and skinning
for characters and props.
Experience working with
mobile games
(other platforms are also acceptable).
Familiarity with integrating animations and rigs into game engines (
Unity
).
Ability to
adapt to different animation styles
experience with
stylized animation
is a plus.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of
scripting for rigging/animation automation
.
Understanding of
physics-based animations
.
