We are seeking a creative and technically skilled
e-Learning Content Developer
to design and deliver high-quality, interactive learning modules. The role requires expertise in
Articulate Storyline 360
, multimedia tools, and LMS administration to transform academic content into engaging, learner-centric digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interactive e-learning modules using
Articulate Storyline 360
.
Create and edit multimedia assets (images, videos, animations, quizzes).
Manage
LMS administration
– course uploads, troubleshooting, learner support.
Collaborate with instructional designers, faculty, and subject matter experts to align content with academic and industry requirements.
Ensure all content is
SCORM/xAPI compliant
and functions smoothly on the LMS.
Maintain consistency in templates, branding, and instructional standards.
Conduct testing, debugging, and quality checks to ensure seamless learner experience.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.




Stay updated on recent
e-learning tools, design trends, and innovations
.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Education, Multimedia, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related field
.
2–3 years of experience in
e-learning development
(mandatory: Articulate Storyline 360).
Proficiency in multimedia tools:
Photoshop, Illustrator (image editing), Camtasia, Premiere Pro (video editing)
.
Strong knowledge of
SCORM, xAPI, and LMS deployment
.
Understanding of
instructional design models
(ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, adult learning principles).
Basic knowledge of
HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript
(preferred).
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Creative approach to designing
animations, gamification, and interactive content
.
Desirable Experience
Exposure to other authoring tools such as
Rise 360, Captivate, Vyond
.
Prior experience in
academic, training, or edtech environments
.
Experience in
managing multiple projects
and delivering on time
