- Job Description: Enterprise operations leader: 15+ years of global operations leadership in BPM, IT services, Insurance industry (with focus on F&A; Operations)
- P&L; and growth orientation: Proven accountability for large-scale P&L;, revenue growth, margin expansion, and strategic client partnerships.
- Insurance domain depth: Deep expertise across the insurance finance value chain, including general ledger & record-to-report (R2R),financial close & consolidation, premium accounting, claims accounting, reinsurance accounting, statutory & regulatory reporting, management reporting and FP&A.; Solid understanding of insurance financial statements, reserving principles, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS 17, Statutory Accounting principles). Ability to partner with CFO organizations and support carrier-specific finance operations.
- Transformation credibility: Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, AI/automation adoption, global process harmonization, post-merger integration, and outcome-based operating models.
Global leadership: Demonstrated success managing large, distributed teams primarily across India,
with strong executive presence and client CXO credibility.
- Responsibilities: Support India Insurance F&A; operations strategy execution, P&L; performance, and margin expansion, with focus on UK market.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across global centers, ensuring SLA adherence, quality, risk governance, and client confidence.
- Partner with IMUs and client CXOs to convert delivery excellence into growth, expansion, advocacy, and long-term strategic partnerships.
Drive AI, analytics, automation, and platform-led transformation across operations with clear ROI and adoption metrics.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA (Finance) or equivalent postgraduate qualification; Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
- Strongly Preferred Certifications: CPA (US), ACCA, CIMA, CFA (advantageous), Six Sigma Black Belt / PMP
