Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Conceptualize, script, and execute short-form video content including Reels and Shorts.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Participate confidently in front of the camera whenever required.
- Assist in brainstorming creative campaign ideas and content calendars.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, product showcases, interviews, and promotional videos.
- Ensure all content aligns with client branding and marketing objectives.
- Maintain consistency in quality, tone, and visual aesthetics.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Bengali.
- Strong creativity and storytelling ability.




- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Confidence in speaking and presenting on camera.
- Familiarity with mobile videography and photography.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

- Age: 18–25 years
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with solid creative skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in content creation or social media management is an added advantage.
- A portfolio or social media profile showcasing original content will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
