Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager

LOCATION IS KAHLER BHIWANDI - SALARY UP TO 40000 PM

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to manage daily online order operations, factory coordination, job cards, stock, dispatch, and customer support follow-ups.

Responsibilities

- Manage order flow from receipt to dispatch.
- Issue orders to production flow as per SOPs.
- Coordinate with production, packing, dispatch
- Manage customer support team fully
- Track pending, urgent, delayed, and special orders.
- Monitor stock of finished goods, raw material, and fast-moving SKUs.
- Handle customer issues, complaints, replacements, and escalations.
- Conduct daily follow-up meetings with teams.
- Maintain order, dispatch, delay, stock, and issue reports.
- Ensure SOP compliance and reduce operational mistakes.

Requirements

- 3-7 years’ experience in e-commerce operations,



factory coordination, dispatch, or production planning.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / ERP.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication in English and Hindi.
- Experience in packaging, printing, or manufacturing preferred.

Candidate Profile

A hands-on person who can take ownership, manage the whole operation, follow up strongly, and ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
