Kokan NGO India, recognized among the *Top 100 NGOs* in India, is hiring an experienced *Tele Fundraising Team Lead* to manage telecalling operations and team productivity.

*Location:* Dadar, Mumbai

*Education:* Graduation
*Experience:* 1–4 Years

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Handle daily tele fundraising operations.

* Conduct team briefings, roleplays, and target alignment sessions.

* Monitor daily production and team performance.

* Manage reporting, attendance, and telecaller support.

* Maintain Google Sheets, MIS reports, and operational data.

*Requirements:*

* Experience in Tele Sales / Telecalling team handling.

* Good communication in *Hindi, Marathi & English*.

* Valuable computer knowledge .

* Strong leadership and follow-up skills.

*Salary Range*

18k - 25k + Incentive + Career Growth
