We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities, build solid client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for events, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and corporate outreach.
- Meet with clients to understand their event requirements and present customized event solutions.
- Prepare event proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Coordinate with the event planning and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences to generate business.




- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction before, during, and after events.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in event sales, corporate sales, hospitality, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
