Field Sales Executive – Canopy Marketing (D2C Household Products)

About the Role: We are seeking high-energy, persuasive Field Sales Executives to drive our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) offline marketing campaigns. You will be the face of our eco-friendly household cleaning brand, engaging directly with families at premium residential societies, supermarkets, and local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setup & Logistics: Set up and manage the brand canopy and product display tables at designated high-footfall locations.
- Live Demonstrations: Conduct compelling live product demonstrations (e.g., stain removal, fragrance tests) to capture crowd attention.
- Direct Sales: Pitch product advantages, handle objections, and sell cleaning product starter kits to achieve daily targets.
- Lead Collection: Secure customer contact details via QR code scans and registration sheets for future digital remarketing.

Requirements

- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in field sales, retail, promo events,



or customer-facing roles.
- Skills: Outstanding verbal communication, high energy, and a confident personality. Fluency in the local language is required.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends (Friday–Sunday), which are peak days for residential canopy setups.
- Mobility: Company-provided transport will be available from the office to all designated field marketing locations.
