Anand Niketan Group of Schools is a premier educational institution in Ahmedabad. To support the launch of our brand-new campus based on the progressive Alpha Model, we are seeking a warm, articulate, and highly polished Parent Console / Admissions Executive.
As the first point of contact for families on our campus, you will play a critical role in shaping their impression of our school, managing admission inquiries, and guiding parents through
their onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Campus Tours & Guest Relations: Warmly welcome visiting families, conduct professional campus tours, and confidently showcase our infrastructure, the Alpha Model, and campus facilities.
2) Admission Counseling: Handle walk-in, telephonic, and digital admission inquiries. Explain the school's philosophy, fee structure, curriculum, and registration process clearly.
3) Lead Management & CRM:
Maintain accurate records of all parent inquiries, follow- ups, and registration statuses using internal data trackers or CRM software.
4) Parent Grievance & Query Resolution: Act as an empathetic and prompt bridge between prospective parents and school leadership, ensuring all questions are answered constructively.
5) Onboarding Support: Facilitate documentation, form submissions, and coordinate baseline interactions for current students during the initial admission cycles.
