Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on System IT Administrator to manage our on-site IT infrastructure. You will support our corporate office, coordinate connectivity for active construction trailers, to keep our building projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Deployment: Set up, configure, and teardown temporary network infrastructure and cellular field kits for new construction trailers.
- On-Site Infrastructure: Wire, rack, and maintain servers, switches, routers, and secure local Wi-Fi networks.
- Hardware Lifecycle: Deploy and physically troubleshoot workstations, mobile devices and other IT Infrastructure.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with internet service providers (ISPs) to rapidly provision connectivity at remote job sites.
- Rapid Support: Provide immediate, in-person, and remote technical support to site project managers, engineers, and office staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Availability: Ability to work full-time on-site, with occasional travel to active construction sites.
- Industry Experience: 3+ years in system administration,



with experience supporting real estate, construction, or manufacturing environments highly preferred.
- Software Support: Technical familiarity with construction applications (e.g., Autodesk AutoCAD/BIM 360, Procore, Bluebeam Revu).
- OS & Networking: Advanced proficiency in Windows Server (2019/2022), TCP/IP, VLANs, and cellular WAN/failover systems (Cradlepoint, Peplink).
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Expert ability to diagnose physical computers, mobile field units, and enterprise peripherals.
- Automation Scripting: Practical knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or Python to streamline local deployments.

Preferred Certifications

- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Procore Certified: IT Administrator (or equivalent platform certificate)
