Eligibility

- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree Qualification in BFA (Bachelor in Fine Arts), Applied Arts, Design, NID or equivalent
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in creative visualisation / advertising / digital agency

Role & Responsibilities

- Conceptualise and develop strong visual ideas across digital, print and social platforms.
- Translate briefs into compelling visual directions and mood boards.
- Create campaign key visuals, social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations and brand assets.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, video editors and 3D/CGI teams to bring concepts to life.
- Visualise storytelling ideas for ads, product launches and brand campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
- Work on layout design, typography, colour palettes and overall visual aesthetics.
- Assist in art direction during shoots (photography / video / CGI).
- Ensure all creatives meet quality standards and project timelines.
