Job Description

- Prepare architectural concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
- Develop presentation drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Assist in preparing design reports, specifications, and BOQs.
- Review shop drawings and respond to site-related technical queries.
- Participate in client meetings and design review discussions.
- Support project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site teams during the construction phase, as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)



from a recognized university.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
- Experience in commercial projects (such as office buildings, hotels, hospitals, mixed-use developments, etc.) is mandatory. Airport project experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows is preferred.
- Positive understanding of building bye-laws, NBC, and construction detailing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
