Job Title: Tally Support Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tally Support Executive to provide technical and functional support for TallyPrime/Tally ERP users. The candidate will assist customers with software installation, troubleshooting, accounting-related queries, GST issues, and product training.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot TallyPrime/Tally ERP software.
- Provide customer support via phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits when required.
- Resolve issues related to accounting, GST, inventory, payroll, and data synchronization.
- Assist clients with data backup, restoration, and migration.
- Guide customers on Tally features and best practices.




- Maintain support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues.
- Prepare daily support reports and maintain customer records.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of TallyPrime/Tally ERP.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and inventory.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Windows.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer queries.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
