About the Role

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented Social Media Designer & Content Creator who can transform ideas into visually compelling and high-performing social media content.

Key Responsibilities

* Design high-quality social media creatives using Canva while maintaining brand consistency.

* Create engaging posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, advertisements, blog graphics, and YouTube thumbnails.

* Develop creative concepts and participate in brainstorming sessions for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.

* Write compelling captions, headlines, hooks, and viral content that increase audience engagement.

* Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.

* Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns effectively.

* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, design styles, and platform algorithms.

* Analyze post performance and optimize designs and content based on engagement metrics.

* Ensure all creatives are visually appealing, error-free, and aligned with the company's branding guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications





* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing

* Strong expertise in Canva and good knowledge of graphic design principles.

* Excellent command of written English with the ability to create impactful, engaging, and viral content.

* Strong creative thinking and brainstorming skills to generate fresh campaign ideas.

* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a marketing mindset.

* Understanding of social media platform specifications, trends, and best practices.

* Attention to detail with a strong sense of typography, color combinations, and visual storytelling.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

* Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software.

* Experience with Meta Business Suite or other social media scheduling tools.

* Understanding of content performance metrics and social media analytics.

* Familiarity with AI-powered content and design tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
