We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineers or Civil Engineers to join our Projects team as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). The selected candidates will work closely with the Projects team and gain hands-on experience in project execution, supervision, quality control, and technical evaluation.

Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may also apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of various projects across the organization.
- Supervise project activities and monitor progress at site.
- Ensure that project work is carried out as per approved specifications and standards.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety and quality requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the reporting manager.
- Participate in project evaluation, planning, and execution activities.
- Assist in reviewing engineering designs, drawings, and technical documents.
- Support quotation analysis and vendor comparison for project-related purchases and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues.

Training & Confirmation
- The duration of the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program will be 12 months.
- During the training period, candidates will receive practical exposure to project execution and management.
- Upon successful completion of the training period, the company may consider absorbing the candidate on its rolls based on performance, business requirements, and overall suitability.
Compensation
Stipend/Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualifications and suitability).
