We are looking for a creative and passionate Architect to join our growing team.

Position

Architect

Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, Floor plans, and 3D concepts.
- Develop residential and commercial building designs.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and the site execution team.
- Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations and quality standards.
- Visit project sites when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of building materials and construction practices.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Creative design thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in villa and residential projects is an added advantage.

Job Location

Chennai

Salary- 20K to 40K
