Job Summary

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – L3 is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, scalability, performance, and resilience of critical business applications and cloud platforms. The role combines software engineering and operations expertise to drive automation, improve system stability, reduce operational risks, and support high-availability architectures. The SRE collaborates closely with engineering, cloud, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver operational excellence and continuous service improvements. Based on enterprise SRE guidance, key responsibilities include automation, incident management, monitoring, capacity planning, and reliability engineering. Validate Architecture/Design for high availability & Fault tolerance Ensure platform reliability, availability and performance across cloud environments. Ensure roper monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices are in place Drive operational automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual effort and operational risk. Manage capacity, resilience, disaster recovery, and service continuity requirements. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve service stability and operational excellence.

4. Drive Innovation By Identifying Opportunities For Process Development And Implementing Best Practices That Contribute To Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Organizational Capabilities, Leveraging Project Management Expertise To Achieve Business Results.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Including Dmo Frameworks.
2. Robust Understanding Of Operations Management And Continuous Improvement Principles.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
4. Effective Leadership And Team Management Abilities.
5. Familiarity With Client Relationship Management And Service Level Agreements.
