We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive – Logistics to support daily logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or dispatch operations, with hands-on experience in SAP. The role involves coordinating transportation, maintaining inventory records, processing logistics documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Create and process delivery documents, invoices, and shipment records in SAP.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments for smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records in SAP.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and other logistics-related transactions in SAP.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.
- Verify transportation bills and maintain logistics documentation.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and periodic stock audits.
- Resolve delivery-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP (MM/SD modules preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
